Another margarotana sighting.

Just had news that a Gravitarmata margarotana was trapped last week on Purdis heath, a site just next door to the golf course where I am. Looks like it could be colonizing this area – plenty of pines for it. I’ll be on the look out for more.

    I like that news Neil. When it first turned I thought the possibility of colonising the Sandlings area was on. Not so exiting but still another coloniser (expanding range) is the Dotted Chestnut. Now well established here. My tally is up to 5 for this year. Hope G. margarotana can do the same but not impact the Forestry Commission.
