Still not quite the last moths for 2011.

With a temperature at dusk last night of 10 degrees C, it was not surprising to find a good number of moths around the security lights at the golf clubhouse this morning. Present were 15 Mottled umber, 6 Winter moth and a December moth. If there are a few more mild nights I wouldn’t be too surprised if Pale brindled beauty or Spring usher start appearing.
