I took this Prays rucifeps last night, a bit earlier in the season than I would have expected. It got me thinking about it’s known status in the county. I’ve found a few references in the blog, mainly from 2013 when the split was announced but very little since. I recorded it in my garden a few times last year but inadvertently recorded it as the dark form of Prays fraxinella. In my limited sample I have recorded it more frequently than fraxinella – does anyone else have a more up to date view on it’s status?
