Hope raised.

Maiden’s Blush & Lunar Marbled Brown were new for the year amongst last night’s small catch. Hopefully this bodes well for a better week than last week, with warmer weather and a few more moths on the wing!

  1. Raymond Watson says:

Warmer air from well south in Europe. I got two Plutella xylostella perhaps as a consequence. Also picked up three new species for my site list, Chamomile Shark (rather nice), Yellow-barred Brindle and a Red Twin-spot Carpet. Met Office tends to suggest return of colder northerlies towards the end of the week, so lets make the best of this warmer spell.
