Lower numbers as expected.

Trap in the garden last night had 4sp like the previous night, but nowhere near the numbers – only 2 Spring usher, 3 Chestnut, Y.ustella and my earliest ever record of E.postvittana. Not too surprising as my garden is on the edge of the course away from the main woodland areas and it was a bit breezy too last night. Will have to wait a short while now before trapping again with some cold nights forecast.
