Ushering in the early Spring

Big hatch of Spring usher at the golf course last night – 98 caught in one 125w MV trap! My highest ever total seen in one night, previous best was 67. Pale brindled beauty, Chestnut and Tortricodes alternella (earliest ever record) also caught. Trap out in the garden tonight, not expecting as much!

    Phenomenal catch Neil! I have only a few in number but did get a Hebrew Character last night.
