Records : Nowton (R Eley, 1995-6), Mildenhall (B Dickerson, 27.vi.1992), Barton Mills(J Chainey, 24.ix.1989 & J Clarke, larvae 12.iii.1993), Westleton (B Statham, 29.ix.1997), Thornham (P Kitchener, 18.ix.2003), Elveden (B Statham, 2002-3 & 2005), Little Blakenham (P Wilkins, 2004-6), Landguard (N Odin, 2007)

Morley's Final Catalogue : Still local; usually found singly. Ipswich, at a shop electric light on 21 September 1893 (Mly) the year it first occurred in Britain; Waldringfield, on sugar six days later (Wlr). Bentley Woods (Mly), Copdock (EMM. 1895, 279) and Ipswich (Entom, 1896, 66). Bungay, two in 1897-8 (Barrett, v 379) ; Ipswich (Bedwell, EMM. 1902, 263) and Bentley Woods (Mly) in 1898. Now commonest at Barton Mills (Wiltshire) and abundant at Mildenhall (Btn). Several at Sudbury in 1930, and the form intermedia at Mildenhall in 1926 (Trans. i, p. xliv) & 1937.
