Wingspan details : Forewing 16-18mm, Wingspan 32-39mm

Flight Period : Mainly single-brooded - May to July

Larval foodplants : On the Continent it feeds on a variety of herbaceous plants

Habitats : Marshes, damp woodland and meadows, moorland and riverine habitats

Comments : First recorded as an immigrant on mainland Britain in 2003.
