Larval foodplants : Ripening seed capsules of Bladder Campion and Sea Campion

Morley's Final Catalogue : Broad spread, but distinctly scarce. Ipswich rarely, Waldringfield; Woodbridge (Major Moor); Needham, Stowmarket, Bury, Tuddenham, Brandon. Bungav (Mn), Beccles; Gorleston in July 1928 and 1932 (Mr).

Wingspan details : Forewing 10-14mm, Wingspan 21-24mm
