Distribution and abundance : Local, primarily in the east of the county

Habitats : Fens

Flight Period : Single-brooded; July to August

Larval foodplants : Common Fleabane (Pulicaria dysenterica) and Ploughman's Spikenard (Inula conyza)

Morley's Final Catalogue : Both (referring to E. crocealis and U. lutealis) quite common everywhere in July all over the County at light at Monks Soham.

Wingspan details : Wingspan 22-25mm
