Local Status : Resident (SMP Status 2)

Distribution and abundance : Local, primarily Breck, coastal and river valleys fens

Habitats : Fens, marshes

Flight Period : Single-brooded; mid-May to September, although there appear to be two peaks of emergence in late May to mid-June and mid-July to early September

Larval foodplants : Duckweed (Lemna)

Morley's Final Catalogue : Abundant in the County, and Britain; sometimes at Monks Soham light.

Wingspan details : Wingspan male 18-19mm, female 22-24mm
