Larval foodplants : In the seed-pods of vetches (Vicia), particularly Wood-vetch (Vicia sylvatica), Tufted Vetch (Vicia cracca), or Meadow-vetchling (Lathyrus pratensis) and Marsh-pea (Lathyrus palustris)

Records : Recorded from both East and West Suffolk

Morley's Final Catalogue : Rarely seen on the wing; in pods of Vicia. In profusion at Eriswell on 7 August 1931 (Morley).
