Local Status : Uncertain, no recent records, possibly overlooked (SMP Status 3) Habitats : Footpaths in arable country, Breckland, downland, woodland margins and cornfields on chalky soils Flight Period : Single-brooded; June to July Larval foodplants : Knotgrass (Polygonum aviculare), in floret causing a gall Morley's Final Catalogue : Hitherto overlooked. On Monks Soham house-windows and on breck at Barton Mills in late May, and Staverton Thicks in late June 1923 (Morley). Wingspan details : Wingspan 9-10mm Identification
