Larval foodplants : Possibly on Rush (Juncus)

Morley's Final Catalogue : Always in myriads on rushes in all marshes during high summer. Staverton Thicks, Brandon &c; sometimes on sugar.

Wingspan details : Wingspan 10-15mm
