Flight Period : Double-brooded; May to June and August

Larval foodplants : St John's wort (Hypericum), especially Perforate St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum), mining the leaves

Morley's Final Catalogue : Observed only in a gravel-pit on Southwold Common in September 1910 (Morley, Trans. i, 37).

Wingspan details : Wingspan 5-6mm
