I’ve been struggling to put a name to these two that I caught in my garden trap in Ipswich last night, so I was hoping someone with a bit more knowledge might be able to help me out. Am I correct in thinking the gelichid is Pexicopia  malvella?

Sorry about the quality, but I have retained the moths and could attempt better photos if required.
Thanks in advance

Stuart

The flowers have been a bit late getting going this year and are only now in full bloom so I was pleased to find a full grown larvae on a quick perusal tonight, finally confirming it as a breeding species for the garden. On this basis it may be worth checking toadflax plants elsewhere to see how  far the moth has expanded it’s range in the county.
