<![CDATA[ It's irregular for me; recorded in 8 of the past 15 years I've been trapping here and only singletons on up to 3 nights. However, I had 14 on 16/08, which is more than the total number previously seen, and had 5 on 21/08. ]]>

<![CDATA[ Been picking up a lot regularly this month. They are quite a common moth for me and would expect them in this location. There do seem to be quite a few around at present though. Scarce Bordered Straw is common too and quite a few Dark Sword-grass and occasional Convolvulus Hawk-moth. ]]>

<![CDATA[ Flushed 3 more Latticed heath in my garden this afternoon - didn't run the trap last night so not from that so they seem to be still about. Be interesting to see if any turn up at the Hen reedbeds meeting this evening with that being further north. ]]>

<![CDATA[ Same here Paul, very few of the standard migrant species - they just don't seem to be going inland this year just sticking to the coast as the recorders there still seem to be doing OK for them. ]]>

<![CDATA[ I've been getting 2-3 over recent nights which is 2-3 more than I usually get. "Recognised" migrants have been virtually non-existent (IP4) though.

<![CDATA[ I had 3 in my catch last night in IP1, the first of seen in my current garden, so clearly a widespread arrival overnight. I see Matthew also caught a large number at Bawdsey as well.

<![CDATA[ Hi Neil
Got my first records of Latticed Heath here at Homersfield over the last 2 nights: 6 and 5 in the garden trap. I thought they were probably migrants so good to hear you had an even larger catch.
