I gave up after an hour or so having added Pebble Prominent and Knot Grass to the year list, but with precious little else.

Four traps, 9 species from 9-10.30. Most common was Early Grey with three, then the Police, with two seen together, checking there wasn’t a rave going on as there was the last bank holiday at this location. All other species were singles! Packed up early as so cool!

Managed 24 moths of 10 species including my first Pale Prominent, Coxcomb Prominent, Scorched Carpet and Muslin Moth of the year. Maybe tonight will be better…
